About the Role
Envision yourself as a Systems Engineer:
Assuming responsibility for customer incidents by offering support via phone, remote access, or email to clients of Cyber One Solutions. Diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues pertaining to computer hardware and software. Setting up and troubleshooting technologies such as Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, VMWare servers, Printers on Terminal/Citrix servers, Printer Servers, Office 365, Macs, workstation and network connectivity, Exchange Server, and the Microsoft Office suite, among others. Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to find solutions to customer support inquiries and escalating them to senior team members or external resources when necessary. Continuously learning, encountering new challenges daily, and becoming acquainted with the latest and most advanced technologies.
Requirements
Systems Engineers are vital to the success of Cyber One Solutions and are at the heart of our service offerings. Our Global Service Desk, the largest team, is a technical juggernaut, brimming with a diverse array of technical skills and experiences for you to absorb. You'll have the chance to interact with various clients and offer support on a wide spectrum of technical issues. The ideal candidate for our System's Engineer position will have:
Several years of relevant experience, preferably with external clients in the Managed Services or IT Services sector.
A robust technical foundation and direct experience with technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Office 365, and Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with Citrix, Macs, and Small Business Server is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to anyone, whether over the phone or in writing.
A genuine enthusiasm for delivering unparalleled customer service.
The capability to perform exceptionally both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
A keen eagerness to learn and a concentrated effort to ensure our clients are successful with IT.
Flexibility to work various hours.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Relevant industry certifications, such as A+, Network+, MTA, MCSA-Office365, MCSA-Windows Server, MCSA-SQL Server, or MCSE-Server Infrastructure.
