How Cyber One Solutions prices service

Flat rate, per user, all in. No surprise fees.

Every managed plan is priced as a flat monthly rate per user or per device. The rate is set by the tier you pick and the services you bundle. There are no hourly charges for routine support or standard changes.

What drives the monthly number.

The main driver is how many users, endpoints, and servers you run. Security depth, compliance scope, and after hours coverage also change the rate. We quote a fixed number after a short scoping call so you can compare plans side by side.

What is always in the base rate.

Every managed plan includes the help desk, endpoint monitoring, patching, backup oversight, and a named engineer for your account. Security tools like endpoint protection and email filtering sit in the base rate too. Hardware, third party software, and carrier fees are billed separately at cost.
