Cookie Policy

Effective October 12, 2026Cyber One Solutions, LLC

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Websites also use similar technologies, such as browser storage, tags, and pixels. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these. Cyber One Solutions, LLC uses cookies on www.cyberonesol.com as described below.

2. How Your Choices Work on This Site

On your first visit, a banner offers three choices: Accept all, Reject, and Manage. Until you choose, analytics and advertising stay off. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Advertising do not load, and the consent signals we send to Google default to denied. Manage lets you allow Analytics and Advertising separately. Essential functions are always on.

We save your choice in your browser's local storage on this device. You can review or change it at any time with this control, or with the Site Preferences link in the site footer. When you withdraw consent, the site sends a consent-denied signal to the affected tags and stops loading them. Cookies those tags set earlier stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.

3. Cookies and Technologies We Use

Essential (always on)

  • Site settings (provider: Cyber One Solutions). Remembers your cookie choice and your display theme in your browser's local storage.
  • HubSpot tracking script (provider: HubSpot, Inc.). Loads on our pages so our forms work and your cookie choice is passed to HubSpot. Unless you allow Analytics, the site places it in do-not-track mode, and HubSpot uses only the cookies it classifies as necessary, such as the cookie that records that you are not to be tracked. See the cookies HubSpot sets and the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
  • HubSpot forms (provider: HubSpot, Inc.). Our contact, quote, and guide request forms are hosted and processed by HubSpot. When you submit a form, the information you enter is sent to HubSpot.

Analytics (only if you allow Analytics)

Advertising (only if you allow Advertising)

  • Google Ads (provider: Google LLC). Measures conversions, such as form submissions that follow an ad click, and builds remarketing audiences so our ads can be shown to past visitors on other sites. See the Google Privacy Policy and manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center.
  • Meta Pixel (provider: Meta Platforms, Inc.). Records page views and lead and contact actions to measure our ads on Meta technologies, such as Facebook and Instagram, and to build audiences for those ads. See the Meta Privacy Policy and the Meta Cookies Policy.
  • Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) (provider: Microsoft Corporation). Records page views, form submissions, and phone link clicks to measure our ads on Microsoft Advertising, including Bing, and may be used to build remarketing audiences. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and manage Microsoft ad settings.

Analytics and Advertising together (only if you allow both)

  • Google Tag Manager (provider: Google LLC). A tag management container we use to deploy and manage website tags. Because it can contain both analytics and advertising tags, it loads only when you allow both categories. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Embedded content

  • Google Maps (provider: Google LLC). Our office contact pages embed a Google map. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. The embedded map is not controlled by Cookie Preferences.

4. How to Manage Cookies

The simplest way to control cookies on this site is , where you can accept, reject, or choose categories at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are set and delete them individually.
  • Block all cookies or cookies from specific sites.
  • Set preferences to be notified when cookies are set.

Blocking essential cookies may affect how the website works. The provider links in Section 3 explain each provider's own privacy and opt-out choices.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Our website does not currently respond to these signals automatically. To opt out of analytics or advertising on this site, use or contact us.

6. Texas Residents

The Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, and Microsoft Advertising tags described above are used for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time by choosing Reject or turning off Advertising in , or by emailing [email protected]. Section 7 of our Privacy Policy explains your other privacy rights, how to submit a request, and how to appeal a decision.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the policy was last revised.
