By engaging Cyber One Solutions, LLC for any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the applicable agreements set forth herein.
All agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Harris County, Texas courts.
All products and services provided by Cyber One Solutions are subject to a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and, where applicable, a corresponding Service Attachment (SA). Service Attachments define the specific scope, deliverables, and obligations for each service category. In the event of any conflict between a Service Attachment and the MSA, the terms of the MSA shall control unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Service Attachment. Cyber One Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable advance written notice to clients.
Each Service Attachment supplements the Master Services Agreement and defines the specific terms applicable to that service category. Clients must execute the relevant Service Attachment prior to service commencement.
The following forms are executed via DocuSign. A valid government-issued ID and authorized signatory are required to complete account establishment forms.
Cyber One Solutions holds all applicable state and local licenses required to operate as a managed technology services provider, including a Private Security License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The following policies govern use of the Cyber One Solutions website and apply to all visitors. They do not supersede any executed service agreement.
